Welcome to Ecoshine24. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Accepted of Term:
By using Ecoshine24, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian) and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services:
Ecoshine24 provides waterless car wash services at your doorstep. Service availability depends on your location and booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate booking details (location, vehicle type, contact info). Your vehicle must be in a safe and accessible area for service. You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle before service.
4. Payments & Refunds:
All payments must be made via our app, website, or other approved methods. Refunds will only be processed if services are not delivered due to issues from our side. No refunds will be issued for incorrect booking details provided by the user.
5. Payments & Refunds:
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at least [insert hours, e.g., 2 hours] before the service time. Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee.
6. Liability:
Ecoshine24 is not responsible for any pre-existing damages, scratches, or defects in your vehicle. We take utmost care, but shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, designs, and branding of Ecoshine24 are our intellectual property. Users cannot copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy:
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination of Service
Ecoshine24 reserves the right to deny or cancel services to any user for misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
